"I needed landscape gardening work abroad (in Germany — I live in England) and had numerous replies within a day of my specification being published. On entering the complete specification, I got a message on my monitor that I would soon receive email confirmation. "Soon" meant after several days, not the one second to three minutes one is used to on the Internet. I feared that I had mistyped my email address and was about to tender the work again, with an explanation attached, when my email finally arrived. I would have given 5 stars without this problem. Presumably, the specification was checked for acceptability and the email sent afterwards. It would have helped, if this had been made clear from the start or, better, if there had been an immediate confirmation by email, with an explanation in that email. But that''s a minor point. Use this service — it can save you hours of searching yourself and a ton of money by finding you a competitive result that you would have missed!"
