"When we first engaged Wally we were excited and was looking forward to growing but our rankings haven't grown in over 14 months. We also have to update our own campaigns & when we raised concerns about slow new patient numbers we were confronted with "do more videos". My boss is annoyed we have spent so much time and money without results and we were very disappointed to find that our adwords was being managed by a 3rd party company in the Phillipines. Luckily a new receptionist who had a better experience elsewhere showed us a better way and showed us these things. I don't like giving negative reviews and Wally and his team are nice and friendly but as a busy practice manager we have been underwhelmed with results. Avoid Disappointment"
