"Of course, we need to work out the issues of air conditioning and heating of the premises, but it's cool that there is a large guarded parking lot, a canteen (for an inexpensive lunch) and a cafe for informal meetings, and there is also the possibility to rent spacious conference rooms with the necessary equipment, where you can hold important meetings and conferences in a comfortable environment. The presence of green recreation areas on the territory also allows you to relax and unwind during the working day. I don't use the shuttle service, but I know that it is there and that's great. It is very convenient that there is an ATB and a car wash nearby."
"If the elevator breaks down, you won't be able to get down. Simply because the stairwell is closed. Fire safety regulations are clearly in place. The level of this "business" center is rock bottom. UPDATE 2021 04 27. Since I received a "response from the owner" asking for feedback on how to improve, I'm reporting: after the event on the 14th floor ended, the elevator was out of order. All stairwells were blocked. Staff also couldn't get visitors out because (I repeat) all stairwells were blocked. As a result, everyone simply waited for the elevator to be repaired... After 30 minutes, it happened, and everyone eventually "left" on the elevator."
