"WARNING TO ALL BUYERS – STAY AWAY FROM 360 REALTORS I enquired about a property with 360 Realtors last week. Their agent Archit called me and sent a brochure. I told him I’d review it over the weekend. Because I was busy at work I couldn’t take his calls. Today, out of nowhere, I received an abusive WhatsApp message from him saying “jab property leni hi nahi h to enquiry kyu krta h”. When I explained I was in meetings, he went on to use foul language and then blocked my number. This is not just unprofessional — it is shameful and completely unacceptable. I have screenshots of every message from today to prove this behaviour and I am ready to escalate this and take legal action. If this is how 360 Realtors behaves before a deal, imagine what happens after they get your money. My warning to anyone reading this: do not trust this company or its agents. Protect yourself and stay far away."

"It's better to stay in rented house rather than going through this fake company,which don't take respect of their employees even, employees were forced to put fake reviews,they promised me to give 4 lac credit note on the completion of BBA,and guess what all of my money already finance but they are denying completely, their so called Legal head Arpita,is so rude and try to make different accent while talking, instead of providing any solution she keeps on harrassing,such a idiotic lady i have never seen in my life, only one word for this company is "fraud", please don't go with them at all.This is fraud company. I have purchased Smart World unit from them, they gave credit note and said will pay the commission amount upon 30% payment completion from our end. We paid more than 30% and now they say that employees of 360 realtors who gave us credit note- Gulshan and shubham are fraud so they are no more with company and they cannot give us any money as written in credit note. They say that they will resolve the concern. I have been begging & pleading them since last one year for my own money but they are not doing anything. This is for public to see and not purchase any property through them else u will loose ur hard earned money. Every one from top directors- Ankit Kansal to low employees are fraud in this company. They will give fake commitments to you and then run away at the time of giving service. They just need money and once u book property through them then u will see them no where in terms of Service even after loosing the commission money.They are just crocodiles & dinosaurs whom license should be cancelled"

"One of the worst and fraud company. Initially propose the highest discount than other and once you pay the amount to builder, they will simply deny about any commitment done by them. Even the employees are well trained enough to do these kind of frauds. Do not fall in their traps."
