"If I can give this place a -0 I would I am livid on how low and lack of responsibility these people have .they should be ashamed of themselves for having a business running like this while packages are being stolen from the same employees and managers . My package was stolen and it contain a value of 1,500 dollars the iPhone 17 pro max I payed an extra of $7.99 to actually go pick it up my self at the access point when I was getting ready to go pick it up I called the store number to let them know I was on my way because I had got a email alert that it had arrived for me to go pick it up ,as I called , this guy that claims to call him self a manager Scott ! Told me he handed my package to a stranger a man apparently that walked in there asking for my package apparently and how skeptical he was handing it to him haahah ! What a story ! this story is such bs i don’t know who he thinks he’s fooling. I know the movement they are doing here there stealing customers packages . as we all know !!!when requesting for your package to be dropped off at an access point of a UPS store it’s to guarantee safety and for only the person on the package with matching picture face and id and signature can only and i mean ONLY can pick up the package NO ONE ELSE ! There scamming in this place ! beware please don’t leave your valuable packages in hands of these workers here . Scott as a manager knows better then to so call hand someone’s valuable packages to a random other then the person on the package with matching ID and picture of only the person name on the package ! And I’m a woman so why was it even handed to a man. Lol something is beyond off here ! this is being investigated please don’t come here . Save your self a headache dealing with these thief’s ! No this place doesn’t follow the right correct rules they will hand your valuable packages to anyone that will walk up in there such horrible experience please don’t trust this place . This is being investigated with detectives and police ."

"The taller guy with the short blonde hair /never pleasant. I speak, he never says hello back..The entire transaction he says nothing at the end/ hands you the receipt still saying nothing. Yet, greeting the Wht person thats always infront and behind me. The guy with the darker hair and the AA guy are always nice and helpful."

"This location is a little lower on the list of locations that pop up when I search for UPS Store in Google Maps because there are locations closer to where I live, but this is where I find myself going whenever I need to ship through UPS. The staff is consistently courteous, professional, and very helpful."

The past couple of times I have gone, however, there’s been a very nice man who is always very quick and helpful - I believe his name is Mike! Appreciate him making my return drop offs a much more pleasant experience :)"
