"I visited this place with intentions to rent a space for 1 month but decided against it after spending about 1 hour there. Found that there is only 1 decent person in the whole place and that is the manager. As other reviewers have stated the reception staff are terrible and have no idea of what customer service is. Every time I asked them something they shook their heads and sighed. In the end I got annoyed with their unacceptable customer service that I told the manager that I was leaving. It's not a friendly place with absolutely terrible reception staff. This would be a really good place if they had decent reception staff and were more friendly."

"No daily or hourly rates. This is an absurd business practice. When I ascertained the price for a monthly membership, the front desk didn’t want to clarify if the price was in USD or UAH. They just said “150” until we had to pry out that the figure quoted was in USD. 150 dollars to sit in a lounge with cheap coffee is expensive for the US, let alone Kyiv. Just go to a library if you need a quiet space to work."
