"Hello, I completed the pre-hospital operator course in 2023. The instructors are excellent, and you learn a lot; however, the administrative side leaves much to be desired. They sent us an email saying the UBA certificates were ready and that they would call us starting August 15th to pick them up. Since they haven't contacted us, we sent more emails, and to this day, we haven't received a response. Many of us are required to have this certificate in other places. I hope you can read this comment and respond. On top of that, the fees weren't cheap, but they were quick to send emails to collect payment. Thank you."
