"Been here for over 15 years. Recently made an appointment for a check-up at 10:00 (first appointment). I arrived, gave my name and that I had an appointment at 10:00. They asked me to wait a bit. At 10:10 I'm still waiting, understanding that the next plans are starting to move a little, but ok, we're all human, maybe the doctor is a little late for work - it happens. And then other people come in from the street. The doctor, ignoring the person who is waiting for the first (!) appointment for today and who is already being held up, started making them. When the administrator asked why, after waiting 10 hailin for my appointment, I now see other people making appointments, she replied "don't worry, you'll come in at your own time" - I apologize, but what? I went to the doctor with the same obvious question - "don't worry, it won't last long" - then my brain finally stopped accepting this absurdity. Thank you, but I'm definitely not going to worry, or waste my time and money in this place."

"Excellent, highly qualified doctors. I've been using their services for over 20 years. But where everything is perfect, there's always a silver lining, I suppose. A friend asked me to put lenses in her children's glasses. I should note that her child also had an Okoplus examination. The children's glasses were purchased elsewhere. The administrator at Borshagoska, Oksana Grigoryevna Kharchenko, refused to accept the glasses. Her argument was, "We don't accept other people's frames. You came to us because it's CHEAP! Everyone wants to make money! I didn't promise you anything personally, she said. If you promised something on Getmana, then go and negotiate." My question: is it possible to visit two clinics and still reach an agreement? It's not that the glasses weren't accepted, it's the administrator's argument. By the way, I don't even know how much this all cost."

"I have been examined and bought lenses and related products here for many years. I turned a blind eye to the fact that a couple of times the administrators forgot to punch in my 5% discount. But recently they persuaded my husband to buy 3 pairs of lenses at once, because then the 4th pair would be a gift. And as a result, they took the money for all 4 pairs. When the husband later came with a check to ask where the promised discount was, he was told that he had to check everything on the spot himself and now they can't do anything. There was not even a basic apology and awareness of his guilt!!! To the husband's question "so you took advantage of the fact that I didn't check everything on the spot?" The answer was "well, yes" (!!!). They didn't even try to offer any solution to the situation. They refuse to bear any responsibility for their mistakes. If they don't contact me in the coming days to resolve this issue, I will file a complaint with the State Food and Consumer Service."
