"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! By far the worst experience i had in Bulgaria as a foreigner and a student there. They kept lying regarding the contracts. I kept getting random chargers -TV, extra phone numbers, anything they could charge me they did! The people on the A1 shops were lying about lowering the charges and removing any additional fees i did not agree on. Yet each month it was even more expensive than the previous one. Once i was charge 100 lvs “ for an Inadvertent satellite roaming”. I was charged 200lvs for cancelling my plan at 1 year and not at 2 even though when i signed the contract i was assured it was for 12months. Go to vivacom for more transparency and respect!"

"These guys are complete scammers and do not deserve to provide any services to the public. Zero transparency, near-zero disclosure of conditions at the time you sign a contract, impossible conditions to cancel subscriptions, terrible customer service... They've made their system to serve THEM at the expense of their customers. If you lose a piece of hardware that you leased 15 years ago, they would make you pay their own ORIGINAL inflated price, although today, that piece would be worthless. They would NOT take the same modem with a different serial number back, under any circumstances, they don't have a recycling program for the tons of plastic hardware they offer to you. "Managers" cannot make a decision for anything outside of the ordinary, and literally waste your time. NEVER again will ANYONE from MY FAMILY engage with A1 - NEVER!! - I would rather use a pigeon if there were no alternatives"

"An employee called me, offered me some changes to my plan and the moment I mentioned, that I was not interested she hung up. No “Good bye”, no nothing. The phone number ends in 3933."

"This is a general review of the company and not of the particular facility. Avoid! No customer service whatsoever. This company only wants your money but when the customer has an issue, the customer is always wrong according to their policy. I keep telling them how their WiFi and 4G services get interrupted all the time, meaning that the speed goes down and I can’t access websites for some minutes. Sure, it’s a few minutes, but when it happens all the time, it gets frustrating. What’s more frustrating is that I kept reporting this and they kept telling me “No, we don’t have this issue, it’s from your phone!” My phone is an iPhone X, it works well and this is globally accepted to be true! The customer service staff is more useless than a bot. And when I told them I am leaving them, they said “we are here if you have any further issues.” I have been a client for 7-8 years and that’s how you treat people? Seriously... avoid. In general, Bulgarian telecom operators suck and this is on the top of the list."

"The worst company ever. Be careful if you are foreigner because they will try to rob you on the contract. It is a must to go with a Bulgarian person. I highly recommend not to contract them and go to another of the companies than are serious. They make us paid a phone that we didn’t want to have. So they say you needed to the technician go to make the installation and then you can cancel it even on the first month. When the first month past they just told us that we cannot cancel. We made a formal complain and they just told us that this complain can not be find because thay didn’t give us a number of complain. So they just want to cut our internet because we do not want to pay for something that we do not use (mobile phone)."
