"Wow. “Impressive service” despite being super busy last Friday afternoon. The place is a little hard to find in Terra Losa Mall in West Edmonton but well worth going to. The establishment was well organized and clean. People were coming and going picking up their mail from their private mail boxes, located next to the line for shipping packages. I am glad I went there to ship my Apple iPhone back to Ontario. The Manager, turns out he was the owner, let me use the office computer to track and log my shipment, rather than just scan the prepaid shipment, like other FedEx drop off stores do. Turns out, (who served me), Mr. Mansukh Chavda, who goes by MC, is the owner. He is very knowledgeable, polite and very efficient. The four people ahead of me in the line were all taken care of in less than 5 minutes. I have never seen such great Customer Service, and efficiency, in my 40 years of being in the Customer Service Industry. Highly recommend to all, no matter what items you need to ship. Hats off to Mr. Mansukh Chavda. I will definitely go back to his establishment, even though it is out my way to do so."

"This Pak Mail has the friendliest. Most helpful people working there. It even effects the customers. I have been there several times, and every time, the people working there are very helpful, accommodating and funny. Even the other customers in the store are friendly and jokey. My daughter needed to pick up a package there. And she was concerned that is was going to be difficult ( based on experiences from other businesses she has dealt with) I assured her that the service here is unlike service anywhere else. And I was right. She left saying she hasn't seen service like at Pak Mail West Edmonton anywhere else."
