"A great place to rent an office. It's a bit on the outskirts of town, but if you run a business where you don't have to wait for clients in person, it's great. Access to social facilities is available, and you can rent a conference room. A good place to hold a business meeting or conference. There's now an MRI in the building at the back. Parking is usually difficult, but there's a large parking lot across the street. Access by public transportation is also good."

"I'm writing this as a warning to those who want to meet with the Expert Panel. I myself had the (dubious) pleasure of seeing and hearing them. This warning applies both to respect for the person treated as a necessary evil by the "experts" – during the presentation of the idea, some of them talked to each other about different topics. The merits – others contradicted each other. After all, it's everyone's job to evaluate the work of someone striving to build a business who puts their heart and soul into what they're presenting!
