"I spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to reach their customer service. Of those, 15 minutes remained silent (mute) without anyone answering, and finally, the call was hung up without resolving my query. This is especially concerning because DKV is a well-known and prestigious company in the insurance sector, and this type of experience in no way reflects the professionalism and quality of service one would expect from a company of its reputation. Offering a phone number that doesn't guarantee real customer service is frustrating and ineffective, causing customers to lose valuable time and trust in the service. I hope they review this procedure and take immediate steps to ensure calls are handled correctly. My recommendation for future customers is that, while this is being resolved, they do not rely solely on the phone for urgent inquiries. It is essential that a company of DKV's size maintains a customer service consistent with its reputation."
"What a joke of a company. They told me I'd be in training and then on probation. I was there for four days with about twelve other people, and they fired us all. Oh, and get this, they were supposed to pay for the training, but it was a complete waste."
"I tried to purchase a health insurance policy through this company. They told me the process would take six days, but twelve days later the policy still wasn't active. Given the overall feeling of disorganization, with unanswered phones and having to go through several people without getting a solution, I decided to cancel the policy. I communicated this in writing, and they accepted it via email. However, today I found a charge on my bank account. When I contacted the insurance company, they confirmed that they had indeed processed my cancellation on the day I sent the email, but inexplicably, they proceeded to reactivate my policy without my consent. Of course, I returned the charge, but the experience has been disappointing. They've given me the impression of an unprofessional and unreliable company. I absolutely do not recommend them."
"Terrible experience, don't waste your time. I had a week of training at this company, during which I didn't miss a single day. Despite my commitment, they didn't even give me the opportunity to prove my worth for the position. The worst part is that I had put other processes aside to focus on this company, trusting them to deliver what they promised. The day before I officially started, they called me at 7:00 PM to tell me I didn't have to show up and that they wouldn't consider me. They claimed I have a "great profile," but the truth is they were just wasting my time. Furthermore, they don't offer any type of contract during the training, so their commitment to their employees is nonexistent. My recommendation is that if you decide to try your luck here, keep looking for other opportunities because, unfortunately, you'll most likely just end up wasting your time like I did. Don't fall into this trap."
