"It's the worst wilson carpark in the area. You can go in with your car, but when you return you cannot get back into the lift lobby. There's the identical machine saying tap the same card to get in. Guess what? It didn't work. The tap machine was frozen. Called the Help line, and of course some call centre answers with no access to these doors. They can only access the car boom gate, if you want to walk down the car ramp (dangerous). A bunch of different groups were stuck here, the help line unhelpful, until someone came out of the lift and we were able to get in. I have used many car parks in the cbd. I do not recommend using this carpark."
"As other reviewers have pointed out, the tap machine that is meant to allow access back into the lift lobby doesn't work, meaning that to return to your car, you have to walk down the car ramp which is not intended for pedestrian access. This is potentially very dangerous and is an accident just waiting to happen. For a company as huge as Wilson Parking to not be bothered about fixing this problem is reprehensible. Do not use this car park."
"States that it is a 2.2m clearance carpark but that's only to top level that is reserved parking then it is maximum 2m clearance. Clear scam like most wilson carparks on tradies trying to find somewhere to park. Pay go in and straight back out because you can't fit. Change your clearance on all carparks to reflect usable spaces not hard"
"Rates are misleading and denied prepayment online, so we ended up paying $85 for the night. Access back into the car park is not possible as the card machine to take you through to the lifts is broken and has been for a long time, despite Wilson Parking being aware of the issue. We were fortunate enough to have a resident exit shortly, allowing us entry to the lifts down to the car park. Otherwise we would have had to make the dangerous journey down the ramps with our luggage."
