"Be careful when canceling your subscription. I asked to cancel mine on October 17th, 2024, about two weeks after it was renewed. They told me the renewal would be canceled. Then, on September 1st, 2025, I got another email saying my plan would renew again on October 1st. I wrote to them again to confirm the cancellation, and they replied that everything was canceled and I wouldn’t be charged. Today, I received another annual charge, but luckily it was rejected because I don’t use that card anymore. I’ve seen other people report the same problem. This company’s way of doing things is dishonest and unethical. Be careful — they may try to keep charging you."

"Well just like ACSI Customer Service. Useless app Zoom in and sites vanish. zoom out to far same happens. ask for directions and won't via Waze or Google. Can't copy address in the app to enter details on Google maps Was emailed to take up app and advised would get the book by Xmas. not the case told by customer services that email was a mistake. asked for refund. and guy laughed and put phone down"

"Beware when cancelling - they make it incredibly difficult to cancel with a requirement to write in to initiate the process even after doing this, they continued to charge me in following years for subscriptions I had asked to be cancelled. When I called them out on this they refused to reimburse me, which to me is theft. Begs to question that once you hand over payment details, they can continue to keep charging you forever"
