"Fui abordado telefonicamente pela empresa ENDESA que, me informaram após solicitar esclarecimentos, terá obtido o meu nome e número de telefone numa base de dados adquirido à ADCLICK. Eu nem sabia da existência da ADCLICK mas NUNCA autorizei NINGUÉM, pessoa ou empresa com quem tenha interagido, a ceder a outrem os meus dados pessoais ou contactos. A ADCLICK ao vender os meus dados pessoais à ENDESA terá cometido um ilícito. Após 3 meses que submeti a minha crítica, recebi uma resposta da @ADCLIK (Ver formato de resposta abaixo)... Porque razão e após tantas críticas, dos lesados por esta empresa ao longo de anos, esta não simplifica e remete-se a links para que a pessoa efectue um "registo" para pedido de remoção de dados que nunca lhe foi permitido usar e/ou comercializar?"
