These same IT professionals are telling us to report the poor work you've done, as they believe it's unacceptable to create an unfinished online store with so many problems. Therefore, before taking legal action against you, we request a refund for the online store. These same IT professionals will accompany us to file the complaint and explain all the errors in the store, which has ruined us. We expect a response as soon as possible. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Several days have passed, and the only response we've received is from Addis's lawyer, instead of trying to find a solution and contacting us directly. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ We are responding to you one last time. You have created an online store that is not working correctly. We have already informed you of all the errors we have found and that continue to appear. For example, the template you chose is discontinued and we cannot update it, and if we do, we could lose the store. The store is being reviewed and patched as much as possible until a new, properly functioning store is created for us to use. Naturally, both myself and our entire team have the right to express our opinions on social media about what happened, as long as we don't lie. We can share our experience with you, and no matter how much your lawyer calls, we have the right to describe the work you have done for us and what we paid, which was almost €18,000 for a "simple and basic" online store. But as you said, we were going to have the best online store in our sector. We reiterate that the store is now being operated by professionals and we request its return. We expect a response before February 27th. If we do not receive a response and a refund, we will file a complaint against you and seek compensation for all expenses incurred due to your poor workmanship and all losses caused, which are already more than 10 times the cost of the store."
