"It took them at least a year to build my online store, and when they finally delivered it, it had numerous errors that three different IT specialists are currently trying to fix. I do not recommend this company for creating an online store. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In response to your inquiry regarding the store errors or the most common issues: 1. The product upload was not performed correctly. 2. The related products are incorrect. 3. The express mail module is not working. 4. We are not using cookies. 5. The Portugal store does not exist, and we had to deactivate its domain. 6. The products are misaligned; some appear larger than others. 7. It is virtually impossible to make purchases on tablets, as the layout is completely misaligned. 8. The product is not displayed correctly on mobile devices; only the product image is shown. The shopping cart, customer reviews, etc., are not visible. 9. Returns and credit notes cannot be processed. 10. The sitemap has not been created. 11. There is no master username or password. 12. You have copied an old clothing store template that we cannot update, and we sell ink cartridges. 13. Order status was not configured. 14. Customer dump 15. Other problems being studied by the IT department, which are causing us to lose more than 80% of orders due to poor management and errors in the online store. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In other words, you created an unfinished and careless online store with numerous errors. Now we have to pay other IT professionals to fix everything and pay them for all their work. These same IT professionals are telling us to report the poor work you've done, as they believe it's unacceptable to create an unfinished online store with so many problems. Therefore, before taking legal action against you, we request a refund for the online store. These same IT professionals will accompany us to file the complaint and explain all the errors in the store, which has ruined us. We expect a response as soon as possible. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Several days have passed, and the only response we've received is from Addis's lawyer, instead of trying to find a solution and contacting us directly. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ We are responding to you one last time. You have created an online store that is not working correctly. We have already informed you of all the errors we have found and that continue to appear. For example, the template you chose is discontinued and we cannot update it, and if we do, we could lose the store. The store is being reviewed and patched as much as possible until a new, properly functioning store is created for us to use. Naturally, both myself and our entire team have the right to express our opinions on social media about what happened, as long as we don't lie. We can share our experience with you, and no matter how much your lawyer calls, we have the right to describe the work you have done for us and what we paid, which was almost €18,000 for a "simple and basic" online store. But as you said, we were going to have the best online store in our sector. We reiterate that the store is now being operated by professionals and we request its return. We expect a response before February 27th. If we do not receive a response and a refund, we will file a complaint against you and seek compensation for all expenses incurred due to your poor workmanship and all losses caused, which are already more than 10 times the cost of the store."
