"The phone is always busy at appointment times. When you finally get through, they say the group is full or the group teacher is on leave. It seems only those with connections can get in for 2-3 year olds. What kind of system is this? If not everyone can benefit, why do you even exist?"

Besides that, appointments are never available for 2-3 year olds, and for some reason, the teacher is always on sick leave. Instead of only offering two days a week for other age groups, consider the younger children. It's illogical and absurd that they can't even send a teacher to such a large institution."
