"Hello, I've worked with many digital agencies in Pakistan. Small and big. Adext360 is by BY FAR THE MOST USELESS company ever. They make tall claims that they do work for Pakistan's largest brands where actually "Thats all a BIG LIE". "We made limelight, we made SAYA" is a resounding statement there entire team uses but in reality that's not the case at all. They hardly are able to run basic ads. Every meeting and I, as a lay man would be able to identify easy pick mistakes that their was running. Basic things that any working team should be able to resolve on their own. The level of professionalism is SO BAD that even after 7 months of work with them; and being billed for both google ads and meta ads; I inquired about google ads not being configured and i got the reply "We don't have google resources; our team is greatly reduced these past months" .... LEFT ME SPEECHLESS!! In a total of 7 months of work; they changed roughly 8/9 creatives of the ads and not that the ads were really high performing but just out of sheer laziness on their part. They single handedly brought our SALES from 8-10M to 3-4M due to their lack of effort and knowledge. Brought the ROAS from 6-7 to 3 and all of that with no shame or remorse. Every month, we would have a meeting with a new HEAD of THIS and HEAD of that. Going up the hierarchy and although the people I met were respectable and all listening etc. but they didn't do ANYTHING AT ALL in terms of talking to their team and solving the actual problem. To top it all. When finally the CEO was awakened by a strict message from myself. The only reply he thought best was how bad the English language is in the message I sent. THIS SHOWS how pathetic a company this is and what a bunch of kids are running it and where their focus lies. Please DO NOT even TRY to give your brand/company to these guys. They will single handedly mess up your entire business and your pixel history and fb ad account history etc. Oh that reminds me, after 7 months of work, I found out that the pixels were never properly configured by them and there was duplication of events hence messing up with the entire ad strategy. Note: I identified; they didn't even realize after 7 months. Of the entire Lot, Rabia (one of their account managers) is probably the only sensible resource and knows about how the fashion business is supposed to work. Hope the CEO mans up and questions his team over this entire situation rather than being childish himself and passing out personal remarks about language's grip."
