"Increíble place with outstanding amenities. The rooms are very empty, minimalistic. The staff is extremely friendly and cater to you. Cell reception is atrocious with tmobile n AT&T. One huge dislike was their bathrooms. They stink pretty bad, it seems that there is something in the water."
"I've worked out of an office here for about 9 months and have been super happy with the experience. The staff is always friendly and professional. They know our employees by name and are always available if we need anything! The space itself is modern and well-appointed; there are lots of places to work if sitting at a desk is not your style (but desks are available in all kinds of configurations). They put on small themed events (usually with snacks of some sort) during the workday a few times a month, which are always great! The CityWest campus where Techspace is located is also amazing, with gardens, fountains, three restaurants, two gyms, plenty of garage parking, and lots of outdoor spaces to work as well."
"I had a great experience being at techspace. I was here for three months only but was able to get a good feel of the place. They are located on a big campus with lots of different amenities, and a good cafeteria. The space itself was well designed. They have phone rooms, conference rooms, office spaces, and open seating areas and have different varieties of coffee available all day at the first and second floors. With a nice location in energy corridor and a friendly staff I would certainly choose this place again."
"Great place and great people!. My business needed a bigger space and looked at pretty much every coworking places in west Houston and TechSpace is by far the best. Their sales rep Tara was very helpful and patient, while being flexible in scheduling multiple tours. The location is excellent and the main building is great, with a beautifully designed courtyard. A realtor friend of mine said that back when this property was built, money was not a concern and it definitively shows! The office space has a really cool modern vibe and unlike of other places a lot of the 'extras' are already included in the price, so no big surprises after the first month. You can't go wrong with TechSpace."
