"This is outright fraud. They withdraw money from your card without your knowledge or consent, and then dismiss all their incompetence by calling it a "Google learning process." If you had an urgent campaign, they wouldn't even be able to work with you; they'd teach you in two months if it were up to them. Even 15-year-old kids are more skilled than them at following campaign processes and changing campaign structure. Having worked with many freelancers and agencies for 10 years, managing and running our own campaigns, I can confidently say we've never seen anything worse! These people wear you down until they sell you something, and after they withdraw your money without your permission (you know what that means), they never come back. We used Google Ads advertising services from Adres Gezgini. Throughout August and September, the company called us repeatedly until the agreement was reached, but after the service started, they constantly stalled us both during and after the process. We repeatedly stated that we would only be running a trial campaign for 15 days, and that we would continue if we were satisfied, and we adjusted our budget accordingly. Despite all our warnings and stating that we only wanted a 15-day trial, they set up an automatic payment instruction on our card without our knowledge. Even after sending a cancellation email, they continued to make withdrawals from our card in November, and on November 12, 2025, a total of 2,400 TL was charged without our consent. Our campaign was only a 15-day trial; we received no feedback during this period. They conducted an extremely inefficient and poor operation, failing even to use the allocated budget effectively. While the virtual card was active, they attempted to make withdrawals almost every day, only making withdrawals on days when they found sufficient funds. We have been victimized both by a service that yielded no results and by withdrawals made from our card without our consent. I demand a refund of all unauthorized charges and that no further withdrawals be made from my card. Despite calling the company, they never responded."
