Our fully paid cruise was canceled just one month before departure, leaving us with non-refundable airfare and no vacation. We eventually got the cruise payment refunded, but we lost the money for our flights—and missed out on the booked cruise we had planned for months. This company is the worst decision. "i used booking for my reservation. First they preauthorised a quote on my account and then they rejected my card. So i changed my card, once, twice , third time. and after that my reservation was cancelled. It seems thet they put offers that are not available or just to attract the location. When the owner sees who wants to rent it and for what price, they cancel your reservation and remove the offer. This company should be invaded by the police and closed."
