"We ordered two wall mirrors for the store's fitting rooms. The order was processed quickly, and we're generally happy with the result. But, guys, first of all, you need to improve communication between departments. We called ourselves and asked when the delivery would be. The mirrors weren't delivered on time on the day of delivery, and they didn't arrive within the promised two hours either. We waited all day. But that's not so bad. We were surprised by their packaging 🙈☺️☺️ we've never seen anything like it. I'm attaching a photo. They're simply wrapped in stretch film. This is even against safety regulations and, what's more, it's damaging to the company's image. Conclusion: we hope they fix it soon. Take care of your customers 👌🏻"

За те деньги, которые берут за продукцию тебе не дают ничего, кроме того, что девочка вбивает в программу для рссчёта 3 цифры. Чтобы получилось то, что заказываешь, нужно при этом быть профессионалом по мебели, чтоб контролировать то, что девочки вносят в программу расчёта. Иначе вам сделают то, что потом или нужно переделывать, или выкинуть и делать заново. Итог: или перед визитом к ним в частном порядке берите с собой компетентного мебельщика, который бы чморил некомпетентный персонал, или изучите все основы по изготовлению мебели, чтоб делать это самому. Не РЕКОМЕНДУЮ заказывать тут какие-то необычные и дорогие заказы. только стандартный ширпотреб. который дешевле заказать в любом столярном цеху за ценой в 3 раза дешевле."
