All attempts to contact Meta failed: there's no hotline, no way to send an email, and even the Meta forms were ineffective. After some research (using AI), adseed was recommended to us. The initial phone call was extremely informative, professional, and reliable (many thanks to Henry). Everything then moved very quickly: once the problem was understood and I had granted the necessary permissions, it only took a few days for the account to be reactivated. Communication with the adseed employee (many thanks to Nicolas) was excellent. Despite having the flu, he was very easy to reach, and video calls were arranged spontaneously and without any hassle. Adseed has direct access to Meta support. Since customers are copied on Meta's communications, all processes are transparent at all times. I can recommend adseed 100%.
