"TLDR - they will file legal documents for your business and invoice you for this without you authorizing the filing or fee, and then refuse a refund or revision of the filing or to fulfill their “100% customer-satisfaction-money-back guarantee”. Unfortunately this business is no longer trust worthy. When I started using them as a registered agent years ago, they were responsive and cost effective. Last year, without authorization, they subscribed and charged customers to automated annual corporate filing service, as well as filing the document without authorization and listing themselves as the registered agent for the upcoming year without first confirming customers planned to continue with them. (see other reviews from last year). The mass email said filling would be done and charged in 14 days unless you contacted them to cancel - this was in January, months before the May filing deadline or the registered agent renewal, so there was no urgency to stipulate this arbitrary timeline. I spoke to and emailed them when I saw the credit card charge and got notice from the state about the filing. They said they wouldn’t refund the filling cost because they already paid the state and couldn’t get it back (not my business’s responsibility, I didn’t authorize the filing) and said they would not cover the revised filing fee even if there was something incorrect in the filing they’d submitted. I got an email saying they were going to file and charge me again this year, which reminded me the portion of the fee they agreed to refund wasn’t processed last year. The manager I spoke today with said he was not willing to do so because it’s been too long and it was my fault I didn’t reply to the email thread again to say I authorized refunding my credit card - a particularly disappointing response given this all started because they had no problem charging my credit card without my authorization in the first place. I put in the effort to reach out directly last year and this year - rather than leave a bad review - out of respect for other local businesses and in hopes of resolving and continuing as a customer. However, despite politely communicating all of this, they said they would not change their mind and were okay this outcome."

"I have been working with Sumsjine Corporate for several years, and until last week, my experience had always been seamless. I recently made the decision to cancel my number, which unexpectedly caused issues accessing several accounts due to two-step verification. "I wanted to use a local company for registered agent services and regret doing so. They screwed up my filing, then wanted to charge me $125 for an amendment, even though it was their fault. I had also signed up for their domain, email, and web hosting services as they offered a deal at the time of filing, which have been a huge headache from day one. The website randomly goes down. The email servers go down constantly, sometimes for days, and they don't even notice. I will have to contact them after realizing I haven't gotten any emails for awhile, and any emails sent during the time they were down are never recovered, so I'm potentially losing business. Then, when I go to cancel because of these issues they charge me a "domain cancellation fee" to release my domain. Use one of the big guys like Zen Business. I wanted to support a local company, but unfortunately they don't have the expertise or quality of services required for running a business."

I called them to have it fixed but they refused saying that they can only do it by charging me another $125 after they are the ones that made a mistake when filling. They were very friendly when it came to setting up my account but when it is time to take ownership for their mistakes and make it right they just want to charge you more money."
