"ADWIT Adam Witosz should be called ADWIT Drama. He installed the boiler incorrectly, it's leaking. He arranged to come check on the problem, then called and said he had a worker on the floor (with all due respect, but that's the employer's problem, not the client's) who wouldn't show up on time. Then he called and said we should have another specialist handle it because he wouldn't handle it. The problem arose after about two years because no specialist could figure out what was wrong. It only turned out that the specialist used a 60-diameter pipe instead of an 80-diameter pipe during the installation on the ground floor, which is why I have water in the entire bathroom. He's also rude and rude, and doesn't take responsibility for his own work. I honestly don't recommend him; dealing with such a specialist is more trouble than it's worth."
"I ordered a combi gas boiler from Mr. Adam, including installation. That was in 2020. After installation, the dealership picked it up, and they detected a minimal, but still present, gas leak in the system. Despite repeated calls, I never got a chance to get Mr. Adam to seal the pipes. A year later, another problem arose: the exhaust pipe began to corrode and leak. It turned out he hadn't installed a new one, but had reused the one from the old, previous system. Mr. Adam again failed to replace the pipe, despite numerous promises. Another year passed, and water started leaking from the boiler. So, I gritted my teeth and called Mr. Adam again, and he finally sold me the boiler and installed it. Today, November 14, 2022, after two weeks of repeated promises that he would arrive on Monday, tomorrow in three hours, and call back in 20 minutes, I was told he would arrive again in a week. The guy is incredibly unreliable. A habitual liar, I'm sorry, but I can't find a better word for it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
"I don't recommend this company. It's a very unreliable one – sell it and forget about it. The guy is mentally stuck in the 90s. You can forget about warranty and post-warranty service. Avoid them completely and don't let people like him make money."
"I booked a gas installation inspection with this company a few days before my scheduled visit. On the day of the appointment, the technician didn't show up despite several calls from me. Initially, he assured me he remembered, then said he'd be late, and then he didn't answer the phone or likely declined. Thank you, Adwit, for the three hours of fruitless waiting."
