"No customer support for starters. Inadequate tracking updates (the last update I have is from the 29th of july) and the delivery time is just awful I ordered some items on skroutz about 2 and a half weeks ago. And not to mention that they dont even deliver you have to go and pick your package up"

"ACS Courier - The Courier that does NOT deliver. Instead, they send you a message on Viber to go collect your item. The "other delivery options" link doesn't work. If you haven't picked it up next day, they call you to GO collect it. They do not deliver parcels from AliExpress, Shein, Temu etc. Basically from online shops the whole of Cyprus orders from, it'a too much work to deliver. So my question is: what do you do all day? You get paid to do what? Make phone calls? Any openings? Cause I would just loveee to work for a company that does nothing all day."
