"If you want to pay an agency without receiving any service, communication, or follow-up, go for it... We moved into an apartment managed by this agency, thinking we could count on professional support. Unfortunately, our experience was marked by a blatant lack of communication, responsiveness, and consideration. Upon moving in, we reported several issues that required a lot of cleaning because the apartment was returned to us in a deplorable state... as well as work: broken or missing blinds in the bedrooms, parquet floors in poor condition, damaged paint, feces left in the toilets, etc. We were understanding and deliberately ignored some of these issues so as not to ask for everything at once. We only insisted on one essential point: replacing the blinds, in order to have a minimum of comfort and privacy, especially with the arrival of summer and the intense heat. We contacted the agency several times, with patience, respect, and clarity. We even took the time to arrange a video meeting to get back on track. Despite this, no concrete follow-up was given. To date (July 24), nearly six months after our first report, we have received no response. Not a single message. Not an acknowledgment. Total silence. It is extremely frustrating, as tenants, to feel completely ignored, despite specific, polite, and justified written reminders. This feeling of invisibility is reinforced by the fact that we did everything we could by the book, without ever raising our voice... to no avail. The agency has now deliberately chosen not to respond. This behavior is not only disrespectful, but completely contrary to what we are entitled to expect from serious rental management. Unfortunately, we do not recommend this agency as long as these practices persist. And we do not intend to let this go."
