"They were over a year late delivering a website that was promised to be ready in one month... Furthermore, during the migration, they left us with the site unable to load the main images because they didn't ensure we had an SSL certificate. Now, the contact form is also currently not working. Due to internal issues, the project was suspended for two months. It was incredibly tedious to repeatedly point out very obvious problems, such as broken links and forms, demonstrating a lack of testing, as if we were dealing with amateurs. Oh, and the latest problem we discovered today: they left the "Do not index this site" setting enabled in WordPress, meaning Google will never find us. Unbelievable! It's a shame, because I believe they have the knowledge, but they lack the real responsibility to fix things in a timely manner. I seriously hesitated to leave this comment, but they've truly exhausted all opportunities to improve."
