"After a few years at this "brand-new" company, I can simply say that after this experience, it's best not to work there for the simple reason of the ineptitude of the... let's call them "upper management," if you can even call them that. The atmosphere among colleagues (and I'm referring to the call center agents) is, to say the least, excellent and wonderful, although, as always, there's always some climber who'll sell you out so the supervisor is happy to know what's going on between the different positions held by those who actually do the work... the call center agents. It doesn't matter if you sell... or not. The feeling that you could be fired any day is palpable in the air. There are constant demands and changes to suit their whims. If you do what they say, everything seems relatively normal, but you're always at risk of being kicked out, and one day you might find yourself facing dismissal due to company losses. On the other hand, the scams are not only perpetrated against clients, but also against the companies they're selling to. Then the complaints arrive, and they request the recordings, and it's always the operator who made a mistake. But no problem, they modify the call recording and cut it out where it doesn't suit them to avoid penalties. The deception is so blatant that they leave computers logged in (especially in the afternoons) to justify having operators at those stations and literally deceive the companies they're contracting with—for example, PLENITUDE. And what about the commissions? ...the moment you reach your targets, two things can happen...one, they raise the targets the following month...they add new sales to earn commissions, or they simply give you some excuse and don't pay you...if you complain, they literally wash their hands of it and say it's not the supervisor's responsibility, that she wasn't in charge of it, and then, when you go to management on your own initiative, that's when they start getting nervous, and the one who said it wasn't her responsibility starts telling you that it's not good for management to know what happens on the floor...which is understandable, with all the things they should know. And reluctantly, you end up accepting some of those commissions, despite being blackmailed as if they were doing you a favor... but that's the mindset of the marathon-worker "boss" (no need to name names), who, between one thing and another, is the one who spends the most time pacing the hallways, phone in hand and gum in mouth, all day long... On the other hand, and despite everything... when they want to fire you, the philosophy of transferring you to a different project or sector you're used to is the norm, so you'll resign and leave without them having to pay anything... it's all been carefully planned there. In short, what matters is that you go the way they want, that you endure the hours you spend sitting in chairs with broken backs that won't stay upright, suffering while staring at screens that literally damage your eyesight. And if you ask for a change, they generally say there are no more options, and that's that. It's a shame how they deceive people. Just look at the offers they advertise, and when you arrive, you find it's completely different. Obviously, the training courses will generate some kind of profit through financing or something like that, but in a week or so, everyone is fired, claiming they didn't meet their targets. All that's missing is everyone applauding when someone writes a sale on a whiteboard. But oh well, let the party continue for those who think they're so important there, who, in the end, are just puppets in the hands of whoever is in charge. If you can find another place... it's best not to go through these unscrupulous people who only play with people and look out for their own interests. Clearly, the trend now is to go to Latin America; labor is cheaper there and working conditions are nothing like in Spain... it's all been thoroughly researched. The companies these unscrupulous people sell to really should know certain things they do and how they deceive them... but oh well... good luck to everyone there."

"I'm giving it one star because it's the least I can do... It's the worst company I've ever worked for. All you hear is shouting, threats, and disrespect. What are they doing during labor inspections that this company continues to act the same way? I'd say it's their company policy. Our coordinator at Repsol made us lie to clients to get a contract. The other person who could help us was the trainer, who only helps and listens to you if he likes you. And let's not even talk about the supervisor, the bald guy who thinks he's the Lion King strolling across the savanna. He's also clueless and instead of worrying about what the agents need, he gives absurd lectures where he glorifies himself, when he probably got his position because he's a bad person and a suck-up... more than because of skill or intelligence. Anyway... You leave there with a few colleagues you can barely get along with, because once you sit down to work, you can only look at the screen, and you can't even go to the bathroom without asking (like in school)... I'm left with an overwhelming feeling of disgust from this work experience."

"Terrible experience. I'm truly sorry, but I had a serious problem due to their mismanagement. When I switched energy providers, they neither advised me nor handled the change. Repsol kept demanding documents, and their incompetence caused me a major problem. They told me the activation was complete, but it was never actually carried out."

"I was in Valladolid and the service was terrible. My two coordinators were nice to us, but the overall treatment was awful. Bad attitudes, unkind words, pressure, disrespectful treatment, even insults! They have some shady dealings going on, completely ignoring data protection laws. They don't give you the legally mandated break. The positive reviews are bought; they even asked us to leave a good review, so they're not genuine. I went to court and they had to compensate me. If you want peace of mind, don't go to V3."
