"There are no questions to the employees, but there are to the management. Why are there such queues and why is nothing being done to solve this problem? No solutions are being sought, the processes are not optimized from the word "at all". The queues are almost always huge. I stood behind an already paid parcel, which takes 1–2 minutes to receive, but I had to wait together with everyone who needed completely different services, which take 10–15 minutes. The organization of work is extremely inefficient. I hope I will never have to use the services of Ukrposhta again."
