"I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Fan Courier, related to the delivery of three packages that have been in their warehouse for over two weeks. I tried to resolve the issue by all available means, but I was met with a lack of professionalism and total disorganization. Although I offered to personally pick up the packages from the warehouse, I was told that they could not be found there. After discussions with a manager, I was assured that the delivery would take place today. Instead, the designated courier did not show up, and his phone number is switched off. Other agents I spoke with showed an unprofessional attitude, with no desire to help. The situation is completely unacceptable, and the lack of respect for customers has led me to take action: If the problem is not resolved urgently, I will file a complaint with the ANPC and the Police to recover my goods. I will also continue to publicize this experience on all social media and review platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Reviews), to warn other customers about this type of disappointing service. Fan Courier, I request you to resolve this issue immediately, otherwise I will make sure my story reaches as many people as possible."
