"Passport seva Kendra located here. For passport work ,we should present there as per online appointment. All should know we need to be there not much before appointment time. They following 30 minutes batch system. In addition to our online appointment time, before 15 minutes reporting time also given. It is sufficient 5 or 10 minutes before reporting time we need to present."
"Many businesses are located here. Most notable one is passport office (Passport Seva Kendra, PSK) . Seperate parking spaces are available for each offices. But visitors have to park their vehicles on road only. But apart from that everything is good."
"I went for Passport renewal yesterday and entire process was smooth. First of all, the passport renewal process has been improved greatly. I had my previous passport renewal in 2014 at Bangalore. At that time, the process was cumbersome, they were asking for many documents. But now, with Aadhar the entire process was finished in 30 mins. Coming to PSK office at Coimbatore, the front desk document verification was done by TCS employees. They are professional and process of verification was smooth. There is a Xerox machine where you can take photo copies of any additional documents. After initial verification, you will be sent to A counters where photo and signature will be taken. Next you will move to B counter for original document verification and further you will move to C counters for final verification. I went inside by 09.15 AM(although my reporting time as 09.45 AM, I was allowed 30 mins before) and came out at 09.53. The entire process was hardly 45 mins. The only issue was parking, I had to park my car 300 meter away. It is better go to by taking auto or taxi. Overall experience was great and satisfied!"
"Coimbatore's main passport office is located in this building and I visited them for document verification . Service was perfect would rate 6/5, the employees were friendly and patient. I saw them helping old people who couldn't understand the forms with patience and the whole process was properly regulated. Document verification was done within 15 minutes without any hassle, which is great. Only complaint would be the waiting place outside the office. It looks like a bus shed and has a very small seating area which can house just 20 to 25 people. It gets extremely hot due to the traffic, if they could just fix this one it'd be perfect."
"Passport E Seva center is there in ground floor. I went there to renew my passport. Organized way of approaching and max 30 min time for getting it done. But they will charge extra 450 in counters in the name of pouch. Other than service was good."
