"We moved in after a sub par experience at another build to rent in the CBD, and the difference is night and day. Every staff member at Haiku is friendly and welcoming, the front desk is always manned with smiling faces, always willing to help and massive shout out to Justin and Luca who helped my move in day go perfectly! The apartments are good - the only complaint is the complete lack of storage solutions so you will hae to bring/buy furniture to put your clothes in. The kitchens are generous and the included whitegoods are all of great quality. The lagoon pool and spa makes you feel like you are living in a north QLD resort and the indoor pool and sauna is a complete zen zone. Probably the most underrated room is the Library, on the 29th floor I have spent a few days in here just reading and watching the incredible views across the port. Other residents are incredibly friendly, people say hello in the lifts and around the grounds, it's such a great place to live! The building is close to 2 tram stops, you can easily walk to South Melbourne and the City and to Port Melbourne. You won't regret moving in! It's spectacular!"

The front desk staff are always approachable and happy to assist, which makes a big difference. The apartments are modern, well designed and finished to a high standard. The kitchen appliances are quality and the overall layout feels practical and comfortable. The shared amenities are a real highlight and give the building a premium feel. The location is also very convenient, close to public transport, cafes and everything you need day to day. The building feels well maintained and the community vibe is positive. Overall, it has been a great place to live and I would happily recommend The Gladstone to anyone considering moving in."

"Great building with excellent amenities. The indoor pool and gym are fantastic. Looking forward to using the outdoor lagoon pool when it gets a bit warmer. Loving the co working spaces as well. Apartments are really nice and modern and staff are always very friendly and helpful. Whole process of being shown round through to applying and moving in was seamless. Really glad I made the choice to move here. Would definitely recommend"
