"We had no choice but to change the initial review. After doing some SEM work (which also didn't quite work out), we decided to trust Alcalink to handle the Digital Kit. After a lot of paperwork and bureaucracy (which is normal), we were granted the grant in February, specifically a grant of €1,000 and another of €2,000, for which we had to pay VAT. At that time, we could only pay the first €1,000, which was paid, and we were awaiting the necessary work. Regarding the other €2,000 grant, we advised that we couldn't do it at that time, asking Alcalink for help to see if we could resolve it somehow. We always received the response that there was time, and we shouldn't worry. Well, after many warnings and endless waits, after four months (June 2025), an Alcalink employee wrote to us saying that the time had passed and that we could no longer use the €1,000 grant (on which we had paid the VAT) because it had expired. In other words, we have lost that grant. The reason: the negligence of the person in charge of managing this. Regarding the other €2,000 grant, it's clear that we no longer want to work with them, so we had to cancel it, losing this option as well. On the other hand, we were told that we would receive a VAT refund on the €1,000 (this was two weeks ago), and we are still waiting. We understand that it may take a while, but a transfer will arrive within 24 hours. The negligence on the part of this company is outrageous. No one responsible has contacted us, neither to apologize nor to provide an explanation. Now, social media ads claiming they're the best, whatever you want. We're sorry this happened, because we were really looking forward to using that help, but we regret to say that Alcalink is not a serious company to work with. We don't recommend them to ANYONE. We hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. By the way, most 5-star reviews are because they offer you a discount in return. Be careful with them."
