"This complex easily accuses people of extremely serious things, such as pedophilia, and displays classist attitudes toward those who visit it. My partner, who currently works as a delivery driver, went to deliver an order to this complex today. Since our lease at a complex on 200th Street was almost up, we decided to look for nearby options to stay in the area. We were interested in complexes with better facilities than the current one in Aranjuez, especially one with a large pool. For that reason, my boyfriend decided to take a photo of the pool to show me. I've attached the photo he took. After sending me the image, the complex's doorman aggressively and contemptuously contacted him to ask why he had taken the photo. My partner explained our housing situation, but the doorman replied that he didn't believe him, implying that since he was a delivery driver, he couldn't be looking for an apartment there. He also claimed that "there were children" and waited for him at the door to falsely accuse him of taking photos of them. It's unacceptable that the doormen at this location would make such harsh and unfounded comments. Several people present reviewed my partner's gallery and confirmed that only the photo I'm attaching in this complaint existed. Frankly, after this experience, one has no desire to even consider living in a complex where the staff acts in such a disrespectful and prejudiced manner."
