"Today, on April 10th, around 12:45, a lady at the reception was very rude to me. I got confused in the elevator area, and she shouted at me as if I was some sort of animal. It's unacceptable to have receptionists like her in any building, but it's even worse if you're a Citigold customer expecting a premium service. I see some similar comments in previous reviews so it seems the office management team is not reacting to our feedback."
"Many complications to enter the building. To let you in the elevator, the reception staff working downstairs needs first to see your ID and they are extremely unfriendly and sometimes impolite to the point that they will shout at your face “where are you going”, they give you the impression that you are not welcome here and then you have this gate that has to be open by them and once you leave you have to call them to open the gate like begging for help. I don’t like to visit this building, but for necessity sometimes I do visit it and I know in advance what kind of treatment I will have. I recommend levelling up your awareness of communication skills with others. Once that is accomplished the building will look beautiful again to the eyes of the visitors."
