"I would not recommend Best Gift Cards. I tried to use a gift card on their website, but it can't be redeemed directly with the listed vendors. After contacting the vendor to confirm we could use it, we booked and paid the additional cost on 7th October. However, during our stay on 23rd November, we were charged in full because the venue claimed Best Gift Cards wouldn't process the gift card. Since then, both the venue and Best Gift Cards have been passing the blame back and forth, with no resolution. Despite numerous follow-ups, Best Gift Cards stopped responding to emails after initially promising to help. When we called, we were told contradictory things, including that the gift card "doesn't exist alongside them also claiming a refund would be issued. They said they'd refund us before Christmas and again when we followed up 3rd January, we’ve received nothing, and can't get anyone in the team to respond to us. This feels like a scam – the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs."
"I have ordered gift cards through Best Gift Cards a few times now. I live in Canada so this is a great way to give a gift to my family in Australia. The last time I ordered I had accidentally put in the wrong email address for the recipient. I contacted Best Gift Cards through email. They responded and corrected the email address and resent it right away. I was very pleased with their quick response and help. The recipient received the gift card immediately after that. I will be ordering gift cards from them again for sure."
