"My experience with Alternative ADV was extremely negative from the start. The agency demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, wasting my time and, most importantly, money. Therefore, I strongly advise against using this agency. To briefly summarize my experience: In November 2023, after being contacted by a member of the Alternative ADV team, I decided to embark on the process of building a new website. I later discovered via Instagram that my initial contact was no longer part of the team. In January, I contacted the agency again because no one had taken on my website in the meantime. I had a briefing with another representative and sent all the requested materials, emphasizing the importance of copywriting. In March, I received a draft of the website that was far from what I had hoped for. I communicated my dissatisfaction to a new representative and was told that they would work hard to build a website that lived up to the expectations and promises made during the initial interview. I rewrote the copy (despite having immediately requested it be done by an external contractor) and, at the beginning of May, I received the new website, which still didn't meet my expectations. I communicated my intention to cancel the contract and asked for a refund. I waited days for a response that never arrived, because they believed the problem was my refusal to put the website online (again, far from what I had initially hoped and promised)."
