"Truly disgrace, I paid 400$ for a king room,then they said I got upgraded but is seems to me a lesser room,walls were broken, then they convince me to pay 70$ for breakfast which was horrible!!!! Food was truly disgusting don’t come near! Also the elevator stopped working for like an hour. You can’t smoke anywhere only in the morning in the pool. It’s my wife BD and I also paid 70$ for a stupid 5 balloons a chocolate cake which is absurd. The service was kind until I started complaining then nobody cared again. I truly hope the owners will read it and understand how much of a letdown it was!"

"Great hotel, the Amari Watergate is definitely 5 star and the food choices are so great your dieting plans will be totally ignored. They have both halal and non-halal food as well as a gluten free selection and great vegetarian choices. Loved the buffets."
