"An old building with poor maintenance. The restrooms are like public ones, 80% don't work, the rest are filthy. It's extremely cold in the building in winter, and people work in their outerwear. UPDATE 2019 The building has been renovated, cafes have moved in, and renovations have been made to the hallways, stairwells, and restrooms. The central heating didn't work and probably still doesn't, judging by the electric converters hanging on the walls. I'll attach a photo of the restroom. Overall, it's nicer, but the price has gone up significantly. The rating isn't due to the metro being nearby, or the cafe or new post office having moved in. P.S. I forgot to remove a star for parking. A hem of a person is lounging outside, and a plane is landing inside, but apparently for their own use."

Офіси просторі, світлі та оснащені всім необхідним для комфортної роботи. Особливо хочу відзначити чудову інфраструктуру: конференц-зали, зони відпочинку та кафе, де можна відпочити і перекусити. Розташування бізнес-центру також дуже зручне, легко дістатися як громадським транспортом, так і автомобілем. Поряд метро "Лівобережне". Рекомендую «ARMARIS» як ідеальне місце для вашого бізнесу!"
