"Esse condomínio agora é 5 estrelas, com essa nova gestão que está fazendo um ótimo trabalho! O lado externo está sempre com cheiro de limpeza, elevadores cheirosos, as pinturas e reajustes estão acontecendo gradativamente... Lugar tranquilo! Super ventilado! Área verde em todo o seu entorno! Por exemplo, meu apartamento fica na torre A de frente para o estacionamento e o sol bate desde o nascer até o por sol estando sempre bem arejado e iluminado!"

"Quem tiver pensando em morar aqui desista, péssimo, tudo quebra, gestão péssima e mentirosa, estou desde as 19h sem água e o informado é que já havia sido regularizado desde as 22h. Fora isso, portão ficou quebrado por mais de 2 meses, elevador quebra direto, fede esgoto, moradores tiram fotos de crianças e mandam para responsáveis da administração que enviam para mães junto a notificações mentirosas, infiltrações, entre outros e pior que isso é não ter soluções claras. Uma dica, fujam deste Condomínio que é cilada!!!! Zero estrelas"

"- Portão de acesso de veículos quebrado por mais de 2 meses; - Portão de acesso de pedestres também quebrado por mais de 2 meses; - O tetodo salão de festa caiu por infiltração e até o momento não tem previsão de concerto; - Porta de acesso ao bloco 2 quebrada dificultando o acesso de pessoas com deficência; - Quem estiver pensando em alugar ou comprar verifique a questão do sol no apartamento, muitos apartamentos não entra sol em nenhum período do dia;"

"Apartamento de PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE! Aluguei o apartamento ano passado e foram problemas atrás de problemas por erro da construção! Devido as chuvas e péssimo acabamento externo, apartamento começou a mofar! Os quartos ficaram muitos mofados, limpeza não resolvia, limpava em um dia e no outro o mofo voltava. Isso não foi somente com o apartamento que aluguei, mas com mais de 40 unidades no empreendimento. Perdi cama, sapateira, sapatos, roupas por causa do Mofo, era demais o mofo. Hoje tenho prejuízo ainda com o mofo do apartamento."

"O condomínio é 300,00. Porém, o gás a água não são inclusos, não tem piscina, já faz mais de 4 dias que tem uma mariposa morta no meu andar, ou seja não está sendo limpo. E ainda começou infiltração no banheiro. Eu gostaria de entender, os 300,00 serve pra que? Eu morei no Espanha 1. Gás incluso, água incluso, tem piscina, um salão enorme de festa. Um linda churrasqueira, o condomínio na época era 300,00! Aqui é um lugar que eu não indico a única coisa boa aqui, é a Natureza."
