"In response to your reply, I am providing objective facts that demonstrate our dissatisfaction: - Additional costs due to deficiencies: the delivered work presented such technical shortcomings that we were forced to hire and pay an external IT specialist out of our own pockets to correct the errors. - Lack of financial transparency: to this day, we still have not received a detailed budget justifying which technical items the €2,000 or €3,000 (depending on the segment) of the grant was invested in. As beneficiaries, we have the right to know how this public money was spent. - Inefficient management: we reiterate that employee turnover forced us to continually re-explain the project, delaying deadlines and reducing effectiveness. We have not even spoken directly with the managers about this issue. We will proceed to send you all the documentation by email, including invoices from the external IT specialist we had to hire. We hope that, given this evidence, your response will be a real solution and not more threats of legal action for sharing our experience."
