"Roaches, started seeing them after moving in for less than a week. They’ve sprayed four times. Refuse to put me on a waitlist for another unit.even though they have available units. They’re in every room. Do not recommend. Also the staff is nice until you have a problem then they treat you rudely. I’ve seen roaches in my toilet and bed. Do not recommend unless you want to be living in fear of them crawling on you when you sleep like I am. People had sex in the pool. There was a guy looking in my window one time. Strange people wandering around at all times. Definitely got scammed. I paid close to two grand getting into that apartment that had roaches crawling up the walls and in all the cupboards. No apologies. No reimbursements. They treated me like the problem. Also all the random five star reviews are sketchy. Lorena or Loretta whatever her name is, is extremely rude. Edit: roach problem only got worse. Giving me the run around about refunding my money."
"Ms. Lorna p is one of the most horrible property managers you could ever ask for ! On move in day they didn’t even know it was move in day for me . Unit wasn’t ready asked me to come back later. Rude emails sent out every month. They have no where close by to park for snow emergencies. Suppose to park at a park then walk home. Pool closed every other day because outsiders jump the gate. Cleaners don’t clean they pick up trash sometimes that’s about it. Ms Lorna is rude, disrespectful, insubordinate, and for many years of housing management just doesn’t have any real knowledge of what her job is. She has illegally tried to charge me for things that it says in their LEASE that I am not suppose to pay for. Horrible housing, horrible management, and all around bad experience I would HIGHLY recommend not being tricked by the prices. It will never be worth it. RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN DONT DO IT RUN."
"Value for the amount of rent paid is OK, but you get what you pay for and there are many annoyances and minor issues. For example the heating and cooling is difficult to control in my building - the air conditioner is underpowered for the unit size so it's hard to stay cool in the summer, and in the winter there's no real functional thermostat for the heat and it's frequently way too hot (80-90 degrees if you have it on at all in my unit). Not freezing though, so it could be worse. [Response to owner comments 1&2: I have emailed and submitted a work order about this in the past. A maintenance guy did show up eventually and I'm sure he did his best to help, but nothing changed. It's an ancient heating system with no good temperature controls - I have it set to the minimum and it's currently 77 degrees (33 outside now), which is typical, although sometimes it seems to spike for no reason. Nothing happened last time so I see no reason to waste everyone's time submitting another work order. I do clean the AC filter regularly based on the manufacturer's recommendations and keep the blinds closed when the sun is shining on the windows, but it's still just one small AC unit trying to cool multiple room so it just can't keep up even with a perfectly clean filter - that's just a consequence of the size of the apartment and the size of the AC unit, nothing is broken, really.] Building maintenance for things like exterior doors and common areas is not great, so there can be cleanliness, security, and access issues occasionally, but usually more annoyances than real problems. [Response to owner comment 4: The door handle on one of the doors to my building is literally broken off, and has been for weeks. I already submitted a work order for this with a picture, it's still not fixed so I'm also attaching it here in case you missed it. Also, I noticed a dead mouse in the common area a few days after posting this - I reported it (via a work order) as required by the lease regarding any pest sightings.] Also, for some reason they stopped accepting packages at the office, and there are definitely package thieves in the neighborhood so it's a real hassle getting a package delivered sometimes. [Response to owner comment 3: You used to accept packages when I moved in and then you stopped. You still have the same office where you used to accept and hold them, so you chose to stop providing that benefit even though you clearly could.] Overall, I wouldn't really recommend it unless you don't mind some significant downsides to pay a little less in rent. I don't like it, but it's not bad enough to make me move somewhere else."
"They steal packages, when they have security cameras all over. When you go to the office they give you attitude and Don't care to help or resolve meaningful problems. Washer/ dryer is always broken and take people money without refund. Coach roaches and rats are all over in the appartment when I just move in less than a month ago and when you put in meantance request they never come to address it."
"I like how fast and Responsible they are every time I have a problem they come right away and fixed it never had bad experience with the place is beautiful for kids has a play ground for kids there’s nothing else you can ask for in point of America they are really respectful. I really love living there!! Oh and don’t let me forget that they have a beautiful and big pool 🏊!!"
