"Not a very positive experience, except obviously in the initial moments, when everything seemed so simple and feasible... The basic design was in line with the drafts, an entire book fully illustrated and detailed, but the wait was incredibly long, well beyond what was agreed upon (I never objected; as long as it turned out well, it was worth the wait...) until the much-desired beta version, which instead had numerous bugs that completely prevented its proper use. When I asked for corrections, I was no longer able to collaborate profitably. The program remained as it was... almost as if I wanted to request additions to what was initially agreed upon in the drafts (but which in the contract were not accurately cited, but rather under technical names of their own interpretation). Furthermore, the app was also deleted from their server (reactivated free of charge for a period but without further feedback...) so much so that today the software doesn't work, I can't access it, and the mountain of money that was paid has literally been thrown to the wind. After numerous reminders (prayers, I'd say...), I finally received a quote for a five-month start date with another cost to cover. This final act completely destroyed my will to continue fighting. I even tried to ask for support from external technicians, but the programming language was quite outdated and difficult to understand. The final result? None. As if I hadn't done anything. I probably made a mistake in paying for everything while the work was in progress; I should have waited for it to be completed."
