"My internet has gone down repeatedly every month for 5 months around the time the bill came, even when it was paid on time. And recently during the last 36 hours I have contacted tech support agents 5 times, contacted customer service 3 times due to my internet being down, sent out a total of 5 emails which got no response, and during all of this I was told it would be back online at 8:30 this morning, during my conversations with tech support it took 26 and a half hours to receive absolutely no information until 1 am this morning, in which I was finally told it should be back online before 9 am, and my conversation with customer service they kept changing what time it should be back online, it has been a very frustrating process with little to no answers and it took until 10:45 am to finally go back online"
"Once again Arvig disappoints. I wish I had a better option and will again look to star link for an option. Without notice they disconnected me when my last communications with them the representative assured me, they had auto payment set up. This is not the first time I have had this issue. They increased our rates by starting to charge for credit card payments when our bills are already extremely high. I've had issues since the first day with this company. very nice people but terrible management. ripping up my lawn and laying a drop across my lawn for a year and a half. They forgot they did it. Took multiple persistent calls to get the mess they made in my lawn repaired. I will look for a better option. Just find another service if you can!!!"
"Internet was always shotty at best, now they set up new fiber lines in my area, in the process they left a hump across my driveway, left two significantly large dirt patches over 10x20ft, not only that they didn't pack the line properly so when it rained days later a hole opened up the could really mess someones ankle up. So not only did they mess up my ability to mow my yard properly, also they decided to park their mini backhoe in my yard which fine whatever butt, did you have to drive it into my woods and run over the edging of my yard and crushing all the plant life? You could've parker in my driveway or in the ditch but I guess your guy had to make his own parking space. Now they have people driving all over with little trailers parking settings little tents up in the middle of DEER HUNTING. I don't know about everyone but, where I come from this time of year is almost sacred. It's how families provide for themselves. So I can't mow properly and now they want to mess up the local hunters main way to provide food for their families. Yes I called on the yard issue I was told I'd receive a call on the issue. Never happened so I'll have to fix it myself in the spring. This rant is for arvig on general. I hope you guys can get it together so your customers don't suffer from the lack of logic your company seems to not possess."
"The internet keeps going out for days upon days. I can be watching a movie and it will go out or I can't do things on my phone. I pay alot for their service and keep having problems. Wish I could go to a different provider but I am stuck with Arvig."
"It was so nice of Arvig to leave a huge piece of equipment in our yard for Thanksgiving. We were told put cable in our back yard. Boy have they gone beyond that our whole yard is getting trashed. Not to mention the garbage they leave behind. Arvig do better be better. Now we are left to wonder is it in the yard just for Thanksgiving or do we get it all weekend. March 11th Arvig yet again is disappointing. Internet has been down all day. Finally get ahold of someone and apparently we are disconnected, no idea why. Never even been late on a payment wrote the check on Feb 21st they took out on Feb 24th."
