"We are not at all satisfied and I do not recommend the company for any reason!!!!!... What should I mention first.... We ordered an exterior door at the end of October... It arrived at the beginning of December (within the time frame they had quoted us)... The door was clearly defective (something that had obviously not been agreed upon) Broken glass, rusty screws, scratched, broken hinges, broken mechanism, scratches, visible glue, a black mess!!!! Are you telling me you didn't see it before they installed it? No! Because the installation was done in the afternoon in a building without adequate lighting! However, the next morning when we saw it, we contacted them directly, both by phone and with photos in an email... So they told us that they would send a technician to see it! (As if they didn't know what they were sending before)... So after seeing it, the technician-owner said the fantastic line "what did you expect with the 1600€ you paid, they are handmade, it makes sense that they have imperfections" (sorry but I didn't know that with two salaries you buy garbage from your company)... With much effort they agreed to replace it with a new one that was not defective... So on the phone they said that we would have it at the end of December instead of the beginning of January because it was also a holiday! December passed, January passed, we took it from week to week... So they came and brought a new one on February 16th!!!!! But the mockery doesn't end here!!! (I know it's a TV series!!!) The door had a glass 70 points lower in height (crazy?????? and yet true!) Well, they didn't pick up the phone when we told them (as if they didn't know how to tell me) the technicians installed it and now we'll stay with it because they tired us out.... If you want to live our fantastic experience too, choose them! I informed you!!! P. S here are some photos so you don't think I'm saying anything!"
"I searched a lot to choose a security door and I think I made the best choice. Very good store, they immediately took care of my anxiety (I had just been burglarized), they came to see the situation without discomfort, they explained my endless questions with patience and in the end they made me the strongest door frame with the best lock and a wonderful lining. The crew that installed it (the famous twins 😚👍🏼) are young but great professionals, guys who love their job very much and did their best to make me satisfied down to the last detail. Overall impression extremely positive, I undoubtedly recommend it to everyone.
