"I'm giving it one star because otherwise Google won't publish it, but they don't even deserve that. I had a video conference meeting today with this guy, Chema, and when we scheduled the appointment, I answered the relevant questions and also gave him the URL of my online store so he could review it, as he correctly instructed. I booked the appointment last week and have been receiving reminders ever since to make sure I didn't forget. Well, today, five minutes before the meeting was supposed to start, with everything already organized for both the meeting and the rest of the morning, since I have other things to do, I received an email saying that my project wasn't sufficiently established to be considered (not in those exact words, but implying that it wasn't established), and that I should get training first and then we'd see. I find this completely disrespectful and unprofessional, since I had to organize my day to make sure I had this meeting, only to receive such a response. Of course, I replied, and I haven't received a single message back. I don't recommend them, and I don't plan on working with them in the future. Perhaps they weren't convinced by my budget for starting this project, and that's very sad. It's the worst thing you can do to someone."
