"Super ¡¡¡"
"The stylist treated me very well, but she treated my daughter very badly. I asked for the $380 promotion from the start, and I had to tell her twice. She started by cutting her hair dry, and she cut the bangs all crooked. My daughter told her not to cut too much, but she ignored her and left the front uneven, the left side much shorter than the right. When she washed her hair (after the cut), the shampoo almost got in her eyes. She applied the hair mask at the end and left it on for a very short time. To disguise the uneven cut, she styled it to tidy up the mess, but when she washed it at home, all the imperfections became apparent. My daughter told me that she asked for one thing and the stylist did exactly what she wanted. It was our first time there, and everything started well, but seeing her frustrated with how her hair turned out really upset me. I would think twice about going back. That's why I lowered the rating from my previous review. The rest of the staff were very friendly and attentive, but I don't understand why I received good service while my daughter received the complete opposite. I hope they do something to correct these issues because I wasn't even busy with other appointments."
"TERRIBLE. I insisted on not going because the salon was too far away…. Even so, they insisted because according to them, people from all over go there for their “excellent results”. Although the photos seem like before photos, they are after photos of the worst hairdressing service I have ever received. They cut my hair (almost to my waist) in less than 5 minutes, leaving it full of clippers and with half of it uncut. Afterwards, they applied their “star” dye treatment plus an invented ampoule to “cover gray hair”, something strange when the dye is specifically designed to do just that… Conclusion: Extremely inept. They employ people who don’t have the slightest idea what a haircut is, much less what products they use in dyes. A ruin: $2,700 to destroy your hair, leave you with the same gray hair, and with all your hair rusty. They offered me a return visit when someone in charge of that salon saw what they'd done to me, but I wouldn't let myself step foot in that salon again. I asked them if they were ashamed to give me my money back. Obviously, they didn't. I'm sure they used that $150 to continue posting ads on Instagram to deceive more people. And ruin their hair in the process with their ineptitude."
"Terrible service and experience. My boyfriend asked for a haircut and a beard trim. From the moment we arrived, they didn't know who to assign him to and seemed hesitant. They took him to a girl who, from the moment she started working on him and using the clippers, clearly had no idea what she was doing. They didn't have the correct tools, they didn't follow any proper grooming procedures before or during the service, they didn't use any products, and they didn't even wash his hair—nothing. He started looking unhappy and uncomfortable with what they were doing to him. When we got up to complain, the cashier told us that the other barber wasn't there and that he was busy, and that's why she had put us with the one who didn't know what she was doing, so we wouldn't have to wait, and it turned out worse. This should be communicated to the customer from the beginning. The images and quality are false. They left his hair uneven, patchy, like he'd been bitten by a donkey. They also did a terrible job with his beard. When we went to another professional barbershop, they told us it was very badly done and they had to fix it completely. Don't go there if you want men's grooming. Besides the terrible cleanliness, they had no idea what they were doing. Everything was poorly done and crooked."
"I loved the service. They respect social distancing and listen to what you need. Finally, someone understood me! My daughter and I went, and Rosa and her colleague provided excellent service. My little one was thrilled with the results on her hair. We'll be back!"
