"Placed a construction crane partly on our property, while we wanted to start on the garden. Out of goodwill, we agreed to a timeframe for when the crane would remain in place, but that turned out not to be possible afterwards, with a sudden different story that made the earlier one seem like a blatant lie, and an unwillingness to stick to the agreements. So, laziness at the expense of the neighbors. Eventually, after intense telephone contact and a formal notice of default via email, we received a concession—still one that was not in accordance with the initial agreement, but which we could nevertheless agree to. Then, however, an email from the boss stating that we are disrespectful. That takes the cake, of course. They concoct a story to get what they want, and when we indicate what the earlier agreements were, they claim that wasn't the case and that they are fully willing to help find a solution, but are not prepared to stick to previous agreements, or even bother to inform us of this the moment it became clear that it wasn't possible. Subsequently, a threat of legal action to have this review removed. As for respect, by the way; not even a toilet is provided for the workmen."

"Communication is abysmal; they try to cover up things that aren't right during a walk-through, and so on! They try to keep things that haven't been done properly, making excuses, probably to save money. I'm the one with the least problems in my apartment building. They've completely messed up the common areas. Follow-up: zero!"

Currently, the construction itself is progressing very smoothly, with a beautiful finish and according to the agreed-upon schedule."
