"Unbelievable – customers are kept waiting while I see the company's women filming TikTok videos – during work hours! This is not how I envisioned things as a business owner. Since the contract was finalized, I've had nothing but trouble with this team. They're almost impossible to reach, not particularly competent, and hypocritical in their responses. Absolutely not recommended. In the end, they're just a bunch of young and lazy people. We will definitely not be working with Backstage Branding again.
